Designed with deep comfort in mind, my Hot Stone massage combines targeted muscle work with the comforting power of heat to help you recover faster and perform better. Smooth, heated stones are used to penetrate deep into tight muscles breaking up suborn knots, improving circulation and easing tension without the intensity of traditional deep tissue.

This massage is individually tailored to your needs. I am an experienced Doula and mother of two who know the much needed attention an expectant mother needs both through out their pregnancy and right before delivery. I prioritize safety while also providing deep structural work moms need to alleviate discomfort, release stubborn joints and muscles that tend to complicate delivery.
